We want you to love your new sofa covers. If you are not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
How to request a return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number.
- We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return instructions.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original condition, clean and undamaged.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return it.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Returns caused by a defect or by our mistake are free.
Your legal rights (EU and UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 90-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, this right or your legal guarantee for faulty goods.
